How to order research peptides from Namibia
Step-by-step: ordering laboratory research compounds from South Africa to Namibia — delivery times, the courier fee, 15% import VAT, paying by Bitcoin or bank transfer, and what we can and can't ship.
The short version
Add in-stock research compounds to your cart, choose Namibia as the delivery country at checkout, pay by Bitcoin (5% off) or cross-border bank transfer, and we dispatch from Johannesburg. Delivery is 3–6 working days to Windhoek (estimate); customs clearance at the border can add a day or two.
Step by step
1. Choose your compounds
Browse the shop and add what you need. Products that can't be shipped to Namibia are marked and can't be checked out to a Namibia address.
2. Select Namibia at checkout
Pick Namibia as the delivery country and enter your address the way your courier expects it (region, town, street; postcode if you have one). Use a phone number the courier can call.
3. See the full price before you pay
The checkout shows the goods, the cross-border courier fee and a note on import VAT, which the courier collects on delivery — no surprises at the door.
4. Pay
Bitcoin is the simplest cross-border option: 5% off, one QR code, confirmed automatically. You can also pay by bank transfer from a Namibia bank in rand; Namibian banks can pay a South African account through the CMA cross-border payment system or SWIFT. Your bank sets the fee and it can take 1–3 working days to reflect, which is why most Namibian buyers choose Bitcoin.
5. Track it
The tracking link is emailed the moment the waybill is created in Johannesburg, and covers the whole journey across the border.
What we ship to Namibia
Peptide research vials, ready-built stacks, multipacks, blends, BAC water and accessories — everything on our Namibia page. For now we do not ship GLP-1 compounds, anabolic or hormone lines, or melanotan across borders while we establish compliant import routes. All products are supplied strictly for laboratory research.
Customs, VAT and currency
South Africa, Namibia, Botswana, Lesotho and Eswatini form the Southern African Customs Union (SACU): goods moving between members are normally free of customs duty, but every parcel still crosses a border post with a customs declaration and the importing country charges its own import VAT.
Namibia Revenue Agency (NamRA) charges import VAT at 15%. Import VAT is levied at the border on the customs value of the goods. Couriers usually pay it on your behalf and collect it before delivery, sometimes with a small disbursement fee.
The Namibian dollar is pegged 1:1 to the rand through the Common Monetary Area, and the rand is also legal tender in Namibia, so our rand prices read the same in N$.
Route and timing
Parcels from Johannesburg normally travel the Trans-Kalahari corridor (into Botswana at Skilpadshek/Pioneer Gate, into Namibia at Mamuno/Trans-Kalahari) or via Upington and the Nakop/Ariamsvlei post — the courier chooses the route.
Typical delivery: 3–6 working days to Windhoek (estimate) after dispatch. Orders paid before 12:00 SAST on a weekday are usually dispatched the same day.
