1. Research Use Only
All products sold by Living Water Labs (Pty) Ltd ("the Company") are supplied strictly for research purposes only. By placing an order, the purchaser warrants that they are a qualified researcher and that the products will be used solely for legitimate scientific investigation. Products are not intended for human or animal consumption, clinical use, or any application outside a controlled research environment.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase from this store. By completing a purchase you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you are legally permitted to acquire research compounds in your jurisdiction.
3. Product Information
Product descriptions, purity data, and research summaries are provided for informational purposes only. The Company makes no representations regarding the suitability of any product for a particular research application. All scientific claims are based on published peer-reviewed literature and do not constitute endorsement of any specific use.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. The Company reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice. Payment is accepted by EFT bank transfer only. Banking details and your unique order reference are provided at checkout and in your order confirmation email.
5. Shipping and Risk
Risk of loss and title for products pass to the purchaser upon dispatch from our facility. The Company is not liable for loss, damage, or degradation caused by courier mishandling after collection, although we will assist in lodging claims with the courier where applicable. 6. Returns and Refunds
Returns are accepted only for damaged, degraded, or incorrectly supplied products. Opened compounds cannot be returned. See our Returns Policy for the full process and eligibility criteria.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of any product. The Company's total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.
8. Regulatory Compliance
It is the purchaser's sole responsibility to ensure that the acquisition, possession, and use of research compounds complies with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction. The Company accepts no liability for regulatory non-compliance on the part of the purchaser.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, and product descriptions, is the property of Living Water Labs (Pty) Ltd and may not be reproduced without written permission.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
