Our products are sold only to individuals and organisations that confirm the products will be used for legitimate research purposes. We reserve the right to decline orders where research intent cannot be confirmed.
Every vial carries a batch code printed on its label, and that code can be looked up at livingwaterlabs.co.za/verify. The lookup returns the batch record, and the batch-specific Certificate of Analysis — documenting HPLC-verified purity from an independent third-party laboratory — is available on request for the exact batch you were supplied.

// HANDLING & PREPARATION
Peptides should be stored at -20°C in a sealed, dry environment. Once reconstituted, solutions should be stored at 4°C and used within 30 days, or aliquoted and stored at -80°C for longer-term stability. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
For most peptides, bacteriostatic water (0.9% benzyl alcohol in sterile water) is the preferred reconstitution solvent. Add solvent slowly to the vial and gently swirl — do not vortex. For water-insoluble peptides, a small amount of DMSO may be required before dilution with aqueous buffer. Specific guidance is available on request for each compound.

All orders are dispatched in discreet, protective packaging. External packaging does not display product names or company branding visible to third parties.
Currently we ship within South Africa only. International shipping involves complex regulatory requirements for research compounds and we are not yet equipped to guarantee compliant cross-border delivery. We hope to expand internationally in the future.
There is no minimum order value. Orders over R2,500 qualify for free standard shipping.
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days and delivered door-to-door by tracked courier anywhere in South Africa. A tracking number is emailed to you when the courier collects. Standard courier is R130.
Yes — orders over R2,500 qualify for free standard shipping anywhere in South Africa. Below that threshold standard tracked courier is a flat R130. There is no minimum order value.

Yes. Clinics, pharmacies, health shops, veterinary practices and equine yards are all trade customers on the same volume bands, and each supply carries the Certificate of Analysis for the exact batch shipped.
