Pay with Bitcoin and save 5%

Bitcoin is a normal way to pay at Living Water Labs, and it is the cheapest: 5% comes off the goods on every Bitcoin order. One QR code, any wallet, and the order ships the moment the payment confirms.

How paying with Bitcoin works

  1. 01

    Choose Bitcoin at checkout

Fill your cart as usual and pick Bitcoin as the payment method. 5% comes off the goods before you confirm.

  2. 02

    Scan one QR code

The next screen shows the exact amount and a fresh address made only for your order. Scan it from Luno, VALR or any wallet; the amount fills in for you.

  3. 03

    It confirms, we ship

The page updates by itself. Once the payment confirms (usually 10–30 minutes) your order is packed and booked with The Courier Guy. No proof of payment needed.

What 5% off looks like

Taken off the goods after any tier or code discount. The courier fee is not discounted.

Why South Africans pay with Bitcoin here

5% off every order

Automatic at checkout. No code to remember, and it stacks after tier and promo discounts.

Confirms by itself

No proof-of-payment screenshot, no waiting for a bank transfer to reflect. The network confirmation is the receipt.

A fresh address per order

Every order gets its own receiving address, so your payment is matched to your order exactly.

Pay from the app you already use

Luno, VALR, BlueWallet, Muun, Sparrow, hardware wallets: anything that sends on-chain Bitcoin.

Same-day dispatch

Confirmed before 12:00 SAST on a weekday? It leaves the same day, tracked with The Courier Guy.

No card details

Nothing to type into a payment form. You approve the send in your own wallet.

Which wallets work?

Anything that sends on-chain Bitcoin. Most South Africans pay straight from an exchange app such as Luno or VALR (choose Send and scan the QR); self-custody wallets such as BlueWallet, Muun, Sparrow, Trezor and Ledger work just as well. Lightning payments are not accepted yet. New to Bitcoin? Both exchanges let you buy with a normal bank transfer and send it on in minutes.

Delivered anywhere in South Africa

Every Bitcoin order ships from our Johannesburg dispatch point with The Courier Guy: next business day across Gauteng, one to two days to the other metros, tracked from the waybill. See buying with Bitcoin in South Africa for delivery by province, or paying with Bitcoin near you for your city.

Bitcoin payments — FAQ

How do I pay with Bitcoin?

Add items to your cart, choose Bitcoin at checkout and place the order. The next screen shows one QR code with the exact amount and a new address made only for your order. Scan it from your wallet or exchange app, confirm the send, and the page updates by itself. No proof of payment is needed.

How much do I save by paying with Bitcoin?

5% of the goods total, after any tier or code discount, rounded to the rand. On a R2,000 order that is R100 off. The courier fee is not discounted.

Which wallets and exchanges work?

Any wallet that can send on-chain Bitcoin: South African exchanges such as Luno and VALR, and wallets such as BlueWallet, Muun, Sparrow, Trezor or Ledger. Lightning payments are not accepted yet, so choose a normal (on-chain) Bitcoin send.

How long until my order ships?

The payment usually confirms in 10 to 30 minutes, and dispatch starts automatically once it does. Orders confirmed before 12:00 SAST on a weekday leave the same day with The Courier Guy.

What if the Bitcoin price moves while I pay?

Your rand total is fixed. The Bitcoin amount is locked for 30 minutes; if your payment is on its way inside that window, you are covered even if it confirms later. If the timer runs out before you send, tap "Get a new price" for a fresh quote.

I sent too little or too much. What happens?

If a payment is short, the page shows exactly what is left to send to the same address. If you sent more than the order total, we contact you to refund or credit the difference.

Who pays the network fee?

The sender pays the Bitcoin network fee, set by your wallet or exchange. Send the exact amount shown; exchanges such as Luno and VALR add their own small withdrawal fee on top.

Is paying with Bitcoin legal in South Africa?

Yes. Bitcoin is a lawful way to pay in South Africa, and crypto exchanges are regulated by the FSCA. It is simply another payment method here: every order still needs your name, phone number and a delivery address, and is recorded like any other order.

Can I get a refund on a Bitcoin order?

Yes, under the same returns policy as every order. Refunds are paid by EFT in rand, or in Bitcoin to an address you give us, at the rand value you paid.

Is it safe?

Every order gets its own receiving address, shown only on your payment page. We never ask for your wallet keys or recovery words, and we never send payment addresses by WhatsApp or email. Always copy the address from the payment page itself.

All products are supplied for laboratory research purposes only. Not for human consumption. Bitcoin prices move; your rand total is fixed at checkout and the Bitcoin amount is held for 30 minutes. Nothing on this page is investment advice.
