Each vial contains 60mg of lyophilised Retatrutide, supplied as a sterile powder for reconstitution. Retatrutide (LY3437943) is an investigational triple incretin receptor agonist developed by Eli Lilly that targets the GLP-1 (glucagon-like peptide-1), GIP (glucose-dependent insulinotropic polypeptide) and glucagon receptors simultaneously. That multi-receptor profile is why it appears so often as a comparator in current metabolic research. Published Phase 2 trial data reported a mean body-weight reduction of up to 24.2% over 48 weeks in the trial population — a figure from that trial, not a statement about any individual. Mechanistic work describes glucagon receptor activation in relation to energy expenditure, and the GLP-1 and GIP pathways in relation to appetite signalling and glycaemic control.
