What Eloralintide is

Eli Lilly’s selective amylin agonist — a 48-week phase 2 trial reported up to 20% mean weight reduction.

Each vial contains 15mg of lyophilised eloralintide, supplied as a sterile powder for reconstitution. Eloralintide (LY3841136) is an investigational, selective, long-acting amylin-receptor agonist from Eli Lilly. Amylin is a pancreatic hormone co-secreted with insulin that acts on brain satiety circuits and slows gastric emptying; eloralintide was engineered to activate amylin receptors selectively, with a profile suited to once-weekly dosing in trials. Its discovery and phase 1 proof-of-concept were published in 2025–2026, and a 48-week phase 2 placebo-controlled trial in adults with obesity or overweight was published in The Lancet in 2025. It is not an approved medicine anywhere. It holds no registration as a medicine in South Africa in this form and is supplied here strictly as research material. Peptides should be stored at -20°C in a sealed, dry environment. Once reconstituted, solutions should be stored at 4°C and used within 30 days, or aliquoted and stored at -80°C for longer-term stability. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

04How long does delivery take in South Africa?

Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days and delivered door-to-door by tracked courier anywhere in South Africa. A tracking number is emailed to you when the courier collects. Standard courier is R130.
