Each 80 mg vial carries 50 mg GHK-Cu (the copper tripeptide studied for collagen and skin-matrix biology), 10 mg BPC-157 and 10 mg TB-500 (the two most-referenced tissue-repair peptides in the recovery literature), and 10 mg KPV (the α-MSH fragment investigated for inflammatory balance and gut-barrier integrity). The four are studied along complementary pathways, which is why they appear together so often in recovery-, skin- and gut-research protocols. Each vial contains 80mg of lyophilised KLOW blend, supplied as a sterile powder for reconstitution: 50mg GHK-Cu, 10mg BPC-157, 10mg TB-500 and 10mg KPV. KLOW is a pre-blended combination of the four peptides most frequently studied together in regenerative research. GHK-Cu, the copper complex of glycyl-L-histidyl-L-lysine, is a naturally occurring plasma tripeptide that declines with age; in cell and tissue studies it acts as a copper carrier and gene-expression modulator, reported to influence collagen synthesis, matrix-metalloproteinase activity and extracellular-matrix remodelling. BPC-157, a synthetic pentadecapeptide derived from a sequence in human gastric juice, is reported to interact with the nitric-oxide system and up-regulate angiogenic pathways that govern how tendon, ligament and gut lining respond to injury in laboratory models. TB-500, the active fragment of the actin-sequestering protein thymosin beta-4, regulates the actin cytoskeleton to support cell migration and is associated with angiogenesis and reduced inflammatory markers in animal wound models. KPV, the C-terminal tripeptide of alpha-MSH, is taken up via the PepT1 transporter and dampens pro-inflammatory NF-kB signalling in intestinal cell and rodent models. The rationale for combining them is pathway complementarity rather than additive dosing: matrix remodelling (GHK-Cu), angiogenesis and growth-factor signalling (BPC-157), cytoskeletal cell migration (TB-500) and inflammatory-tone regulation (KPV) are four distinct mechanisms studied across the same repair models. Supplying them pre-blended and freeze-dried together means one reconstitution and one draw where a stack of separate vials required four of each.
