Research profile
Published research on metabolic
Glow Blend. Little published research addresses this area for this compound.
Glow BlendRepair & gut
Scores summarise published research, most of it laboratory and animal work. They describe what has been studied, not results in people. For research use only.
Evidence profile
EarlyThe blend itself has not been studied as a blend; BPC-157, TB-500 and GHK-Cu each carry their own separate literature.
Grades describe how much of each kind of research exists, not what a compound does. Conservative by design.
Cited findings
Stimulated collagen synthesis in fibroblast cultures from picomolar concentrations.
Activated the VEGFR2–Akt–eNOS pathway and increased vessel density in rat and cell models.
Thymosin β4 promoted cell migration and survival and improved cardiac repair in mice.
10 mg BPC-157, 10 mg TB-500 and 50 mg GHK-Cu pre-blended — three compounds, one vial to prepare.
No published study has tested this three-peptide combination; each citation is for its constituent.
Key literature
Cell & mechanism
Three repair peptides in one vial — matrix, vessels and migration, the Glow trio lyophilised together.
Each vial contains 70mg of lyophilised Glow blend, supplied as a sterile powder for reconstitution: 10mg BPC-157, 10mg TB-500 and 50mg GHK-Cu. The Glow blend is the single-vial version of the three-vial Glow Stack: the same three peptides, lyophilised together. GHK-Cu, the copper complex of glycyl-L-histidyl-L-lysine, is a naturally occurring plasma tripeptide that declines with age; in cell and tissue studies it acts as a copper carrier and gene-expression modulator, reported to influence collagen synthesis and extracellular-matrix remodelling. BPC-157, a synthetic pentadecapeptide derived from a sequence in human gastric juice, is reported to up-regulate angiogenic pathways in laboratory injury models. TB-500, the active fragment of thymosin beta-4, regulates the actin cytoskeleton to support cell migration in animal wound models. The rationale for combining them is pathway complementarity: matrix remodelling (GHK-Cu), angiogenesis and growth-factor signalling (BPC-157) and cytoskeletal cell migration (TB-500) are three distinct mechanisms studied across the same repair models. Supplying them pre-blended means one reconstitution and one draw where the stack required three of each. Supplied as a 70mg vial for laboratory research only.
Mechanism, as studied
The rationale is complementarity: three compounds studied along three distinct pathways in the same repair models.
