02Overview

What Wolverine Blend is

The two most-studied repair peptides lyophilised together — the Wolverine pair, one vial to prepare.

Each vial contains 20mg of lyophilised Wolverine blend, supplied as a sterile powder for reconstitution: 10mg BPC-157 and 10mg TB-500. The Wolverine blend is the single-vial version of the two-vial Wolverine Stack: the same two peptides, lyophilised together. BPC-157, a synthetic pentadecapeptide derived from a sequence in human gastric juice, is reported to interact with the nitric-oxide system and up-regulate angiogenic pathways that govern how tendon, ligament and gut lining respond to injury in laboratory models. TB-500, the active fragment of the actin-sequestering protein thymosin beta-4, regulates the actin cytoskeleton to support cell migration and is associated with angiogenesis and reduced inflammatory markers in animal wound models. The rationale for pairing them is pathway complementarity: growth-factor and angiogenic signalling (BPC-157) alongside cytoskeletal cell migration (TB-500), two distinct mechanisms studied across the same repair models. Supplying them pre-blended means one reconstitution and one draw where the stack of separate vials required two of each. Supplied as a 20mg vial for laboratory research only.

03How should research peptides be stored upon receipt?

Peptides should be stored at -20°C in a sealed, dry environment. Once reconstituted, solutions should be stored at 4°C and used within 30 days, or aliquoted and stored at -80°C for longer-term stability. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

04How long does delivery take in South Africa?

Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days and delivered door-to-door by tracked courier anywhere in South Africa. A tracking number is emailed to you when the courier collects. Standard courier is R130.
