What the research shows
BPC-157 and TB-500 are the two most-examined compounds in the soft-tissue repair literature, and nearly all of that work is preclinical — rodent Achilles, ligament and muscle-injury models. They are studied for different parts of the same process: BPC-157 largely for angiogenesis and collagen organisation, TB-500 (a thymosin β4 fragment) largely for actin regulation and cell migration, which is the usual rationale for examining them together. Controlled human trials have not been published, so no recovery timeline can honestly be quoted.
