Questions
What does HPLC purity mean?
High-performance liquid chromatography separates the contents of a sample. Purity is the share of what was detected that is the target compound. It is not a sterility, endotoxin or heavy-metal test.
How do I know a certificate is genuine?
Use the verification key or QR code to open the report on the laboratory’s own website, and check that the task number, sample, batch and results match what you were shown.
Does one certificate cover every vial?
Only vials from the same batch. Check that the batch on the certificate matches the batch you have.
