What is the minimum order for trade pricing?
Volume pricing begins at 10 vials and improves in bands from there. Mixed compounds count toward the same band, so a first order can be spread across the range. There is no contract, no monthly commitment and no joining fee — the discount is a function of quantity on the order in front of you.
How much can we save on a bulk order?
Savings scale with quantity and are quoted per order against live stock. Larger and repeat volumes attract materially better pricing than the published site tiers. Send an enquiry with the compounds and quantities you need and we will quote within one business day.
What happens after we send an enquiry?
A human reads it, prices it against live stock and replies within one business day with the quote and the lead time. You receive a reference number on submission — quote it in any follow-up on WhatsApp or email. There is no obligation and no account to open, and the details you send are used to prepare the quote, not added to a marketing list.
Are the products tested, and do we get documentation?
Identity and purity are confirmed by HPLC and mass spectrometry, run by third-party analytical labs rather than self-reported. A Certificate of Analysis is issued for each production batch, not a generic sample, and the code on the vial label resolves to the exact batch record it was filled from. Trade customers receive the CoA for the batch supplied, which is what your own customers will ask you for.
Do we need a company registration or VAT number?
No. A registration number helps but is not required to open a trade account or receive a quote. New resellers are welcome — tell us what you plan to move and we will price it.
How fast is delivery on a bulk order?
Orders are dispatched from our Johannesburg facility within 1-2 business days. Orders placed before 12:00pm SAST on a business day are typically dispatched the same day; after that, the next business day. Delivery is door-to-door throughout South Africa and a tracking number is emailed at collection. For larger recurring volumes we will hold stock against a forecast so your reorders move on the first available dispatch.
Can we resell under our own brand?
Talk to us. Labelling and packaging arrangements are handled case by case depending on volume and compound. Raise it in your enquiry and we will cover it in the quote.
Do you supply veterinary practices and equine yards?
Yes. Veterinary practices, equine performance yards and animal rehabilitation facilities are trade customers on the same volume bands. BPC-157 and TB-500 carry most of the veterinary research interest and are held in stock. Supplied for research purposes only — these are not registered veterinary medicines.
