We do not sell Mounjaro®, Zepbound®, or any prescription medicine, and we are not a pharmacy. Our tirzepatide is an unregistered research compound for laboratory use only — not for human or veterinary use, and not registered with SAHPRA as a medicine.
Mounjaro® is Eli Lilly’s registered prescription medicine containing tirzepatide, a dual GIP/GLP-1 receptor agonist. Manufactured under pharmaceutical quality systems, registered, labelled, prescribed and dispensed by a pharmacy.
We also list tirzepatide — and that is exactly where people get caught out. A shared molecule name is not shared provenance. Ours is an unregistered research compound: sold as a lyophilised vial to researchers for laboratory use, with third-party HPLC and mass-spectrometry verification and a Certificate of Analysis for the batch supplied. It has no registration, no package insert, no approved indication and no prescriber, because none of those things apply to a laboratory reagent. It is not Mounjaro®, it is not a substitute for it, and it may not be used in a person.
