Tirzepatide is a dual GIP/GLP-1 receptor agonist. As a registered medicine it is Eli Lilly’s Mounjaro® and Zepbound®, manufactured to pharmaceutical standards and dispensed under prescription. Neither Upzep nor our vial is that medicine.
We do not sell Upzep. We supply our own tirzepatide as a 30 mg lyophilised research vial, tested independently by Janoshik Analytical: 99.927% HPLC purity (task #197338), verifiable with the lab by QR. We cannot speak to any other label’s testing.
We hold stock in Johannesburg and dispatch nationwide with The Courier Guy.
