What the research shows
Ipamorelin (a selective ghrelin-receptor agonist) and tesamorelin (a GHRH analogue) are both studied for pulsatile growth-hormone and IGF-1 signalling. Tesamorelin carries controlled human trial data on visceral adipose tissue in a specific clinical population; ipamorelin evidence is mostly short pharmacology studies. Neither literature supports a recomposition result that can be promised in advance.
