OVERVIEW

Ipamorelin (Lean Muscle & Deep Sleep) is a research-grade peptide supplied by Living Water Labs for laboratory investigation. Naturally lifts growth hormone for leaner body and better recovery. Each batch is HPLC-verified to a minimum 98% purity with a batch-specific Certificate of Analysis. The summary below outlines documented mechanisms and study areas reported in the research literature.

DOCUMENTED RESEARCH AREAS

  • Boosts natural growth hormone
  • Builds lean muscle
  • Accelerates fat loss
  • Deeper, better sleep
  • Faster recovery
  • Gentle, selective action

MECHANISM OF ACTION

Ipamorelin is a synthetic pentapeptide that selectively binds the growth-hormone-secretagogue receptor (the ghrelin receptor). In animal studies it stimulates pulsatile growth-hormone release from the pituitary with high selectivity — reported not to meaningfully raise cortisol or prolactin — which is why it is used as a research tool for growth-hormone-axis physiology.

  • Selective agonist of the growth-hormone-secretagogue (ghrelin) receptor
  • Stimulates pituitary growth-hormone release in preclinical models
  • Reported minimal effect on cortisol/prolactin versus earlier secretagogues
