DOCUMENTED RESEARCH AREAS

  • Targets stubborn belly fat
  • Supports lean muscle
  • Boosts natural growth hormone
  • Faster recovery
  • Deeper, better sleep
  • Sharper body composition

MECHANISM OF ACTION

Tesamorelin is a stabilised synthetic analogue of growth-hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH). It binds pituitary GHRH receptors to stimulate endogenous growth-hormone and IGF-1 release; clinical research has focused on its measured effect on visceral (deep abdominal) adipose tissue in HIV-associated fat accumulation.

  • Analogue of GHRH; stimulates pituitary GH and downstream IGF-1
  • Studied for reduction of visceral adipose tissue in clinical trials
  • Stabilised structure gives a longer half-life than native GHRH
