HAARLEM DELIVERY — FAQ
When will my Haarlem parcel arrive?
Allow 2–3 business days: Haarlem is ~952 km out and 36 km from Plettenberg Bay, so the regional leg adds time. Tracking shows every step.
Is there a remote-area fee for Haarlem?
The same as anywhere in South Africa: R130 courier, free on orders over R2,500, and PUDO locker collection at R130, also free over R2,500. There is no regional or remote-area surcharge for Haarlem.
What if my address in George is hard to find?
The Courier Guy delivers to street addresses throughout George. Outside Haarlem itself, a landmark in the address line and a phone number the driver can reach make the difference; a work address in Plettenberg Bay is the fallback.
Can I skip home delivery in Haarlem?
Yes. At checkout choose "Collect from a PUDO locker" and search Haarlem or Plettenberg Bay — The Courier Guy runs over 2,000 lockers nationwide. Locker delivery is R130, free over R2,500, and you collect with the code they send you.
Is ordering from Johannesburg sensible from Haarlem?
A single tracked parcel from one dispatch point is predictable, and lyophilised vials in insulated packaging are built for a 952 km trip. Certificates are independent Janoshik HPLC reports, published or on request.
What happens after I order to Haarlem?
Two ways: EFT from any South African bank or banking app, or Bitcoin, which takes 5% off the goods. Your Haarlem order is packed and booked with The Courier Guy as soon as the EFT reflects or the Bitcoin payment confirms on the network.
Can I pay with Bitcoin for delivery to Haarlem?
Yes. Choose Bitcoin at checkout and 5% comes off the goods. You get a QR with the exact amount and a fresh address for your order; scan it from Luno, VALR or any wallet. It confirms automatically (usually 10–30 minutes) and your parcel ships to Haarlem with The Courier Guy, tracked.
