Before you start
On VALR, paying a shop is a crypto withdrawal to the shop's address. VALR shows its withdrawal fee on the confirmation screen; it moves with network conditions.
VALR Pay (sending to another VALR user by phone number or email) is a different feature and does not reach our checkout. Use a normal Bitcoin withdrawal.
Steps
- 01Open your payment pagePlace the order with Bitcoin selected. Your payment page shows the exact BTC amount and a fresh address for this order.
- 02Go to Withdraw → BitcoinIn the VALR app or website, open your BTC wallet and choose Withdraw.
- 03Paste or scan the addressScan the QR or paste the address from your payment page. Check the first and last six characters match.
- 04Enter the exact amountType the BTC amount from the payment page. Make sure the fee is added on top, not taken out of the amount that arrives.
- 05Confirm with 2FAApprove the withdrawal. The payment page updates by itself: "Payment seen", then "Confirmed", then your order ships.
