STELLA DELIVERY — FAQ
How fast can an order reach Stella?
Allow 2–4 business days: Stella is ~319 km out and 47 km from Vryburg, so the regional leg adds time. Tracking shows every step.
Does delivery to Stella cost more than Johannesburg?
The same as anywhere in South Africa: R130 courier, free on orders over R2,500, and PUDO locker collection at R130, also free over R2,500. There is no regional or remote-area surcharge for Stella.
What if my address in Naledi is hard to find?
Yes — tracked courier covers street addresses across Naledi. For farms or unnumbered plots add a landmark and a reachable phone number, or use a work address in Stella or Vryburg; it is the biggest single help to a first-attempt delivery.
Can I skip home delivery in Stella?
Yes. At checkout choose "Collect from a PUDO locker" and search Stella or Vryburg — The Courier Guy runs over 2,000 lockers nationwide. Locker delivery is R130, free over R2,500, and you collect with the code they send you.
Is ordering from Johannesburg sensible from Stella?
A single tracked parcel from one dispatch point is predictable, and lyophilised vials in insulated packaging are built for a 319 km trip. Certificates are independent Janoshik HPLC reports, published or on request.
How do I pay for a Stella order?
Two ways: EFT from any South African bank or banking app, or Bitcoin, which takes 5% off the goods. Your Stella order is packed and booked with The Courier Guy as soon as the EFT reflects or the Bitcoin payment confirms on the network.
Can I pay with Bitcoin for delivery to Stella?
Yes. Choose Bitcoin at checkout and 5% comes off the goods. You get a QR with the exact amount and a fresh address for your order; scan it from Luno, VALR or any wallet. It confirms automatically (usually 10–30 minutes) and your parcel ships to Stella with The Courier Guy, tracked.
