TRIPLE AGONISTS. Retatrutide (LY3437943) acts on the GLP-1, GIP and glucagon receptors at once. It is the most-discussed molecule of the current generation, studied in the TRIUMPH programme, and one we hold as a research-grade vial.
AMYLIN PATHWAY. Amylin is a hormone co-secreted with insulin, and the amylin receptor is a separate target from the incretins. Cagrilintide is a long-acting amylin analogue studied alongside semaglutide; eloralintide (LY3841136) is a selective amylin receptor agonist — which we also hold as a research compound.
GLP-1 / GLUCAGON DUAL AGONISTS. Survodutide (BI 456906) and mazdutide (also known as IBI362) pair GLP-1 with glucagon receptor activity, a combination of particular interest in liver and energy-expenditure research.
