Paying with Bitcoin: privacy and security, honestly explained
What Bitcoin does and does not keep private, how a fresh address per order protects you, and the rules that keep your wallet safe.

Bitcoin is pseudonymous, not anonymous
Every Bitcoin transaction is public on the blockchain. Addresses are not names, but exchanges know who their customers are, and payments can be traced. Treat a Bitcoin payment like any other recorded payment.
At our checkout an order is a normal order: your name, phone and delivery address are on it, and it is invoiced in rand.
How our checkout protects you
- A fresh receiving address for every order, shown only on your own payment page.
- We never send payment addresses by WhatsApp or email, and never ask for your keys or recovery words.
- The page shows the exact amount and confirms automatically — no screenshots to share.
Rules worth keeping
- Your 12 or 24 recovery words belong on paper, offline. Nobody legitimate will ever ask for them.
- Always check the first and last characters of a pasted address. Clipboard-swapping malware exists.
- Use a reputable, regulated exchange or a well-known wallet.
