BPC-157
Research vialThe gut-origin peptide studied across barrier, ulcer, tendon and gut-brain-axis models. For a systems reader it is the compound that connects the gut-immune and musculoskeletal literatures.

Functional-medicine practitioners read across systems rather than within one, and peptide research rewards that habit. The same compound appears in a gut-barrier paper, a neuroinflammation paper and a wound-healing paper, and the practitioner who follows the mechanism across all three understands the literature better than a specialist who reads only one.
This page is organised the way a functional-medicine reader thinks: by axis. Gut-immune, stress and HPA, redox and mitochondria, and the GH/IGF-1 axis each get their literature summarised and their recurring compounds named. The evidence is graded honestly, most of it preclinical. Nothing here is a protocol, and the compounds are supplied for laboratory research only.
On the gut-immune axis, BPC-157 and KPV dominate the animal literature: cytoprotection, mucosal-barrier restoration and NF-κB suppression in colitis models. Selank adds the immune-cytokine thread, with IL-6 and interferon modulation measured in animals and stress physiology measured in Russian human studies. On the stress axis, Selank and Semax come out of a clinical pharmacology tradition in which they are registered medicines, which gives them human data most research peptides lack.
On redox and mitochondria, glutathione has human trials showing raised stores from liposomal forms, SS-31 binds cardiolipin and preserves ATP output in injury models, MOTS-c activates AMPK in mouse metabolism, and NAD+ sits under the sirtuin and PARP enzymes. On the GH/IGF-1 axis, secretagogues and GHRH analogues are studied for pulsatile GH release, slow-wave sleep and connective-tissue turnover. Hormone-class and incretin compounds have their own pages and are not detailed here.
Research context only — what each compound has been studied for in published work, not what it does for anyone. Independently tested by Janoshik Analytical.

Dispatch is same-day from Johannesburg on weekday orders paid before noon; The Courier Guy reaches Gauteng next business day and the coastal metros in one to two. A multi-practitioner clinic can send parcels to a PUDO locker at checkout to keep reception clear. Every vial's certificate is linked from its product page, and storage guidance per compound is published alongside.

Because that is how the literature actually connects: one compound in several models. The product pages carry a ten-axis evidence profile with a stated rubric so the grading is explicit.
Yes. Both are registered medicines in Russia with clinical studies. We treat Russian clinical research as human evidence and say where it comes from.
Yes. Compounds are supplied for laboratory research with an independent Janoshik Analytical certificate of identity and HPLC purity. They are not for administration to patients, and we do not provide protocols.
They are listed on the site with their own research pages. This page covers the gut, stress, redox and GH-axis literature.
