Compounded Semaglutide and Tirzepatide — What "Compounded" Actually Means
"Compounded semaglutide" and "compounded tirzepatide" describe something specific. The word is often used loosely — here is what it should mean and how to check.
WHAT WE DO NOT SUPPLY
We do not compound, and we do not sell compounded semaglutide, compounded tirzepatide, or any preparation intended for use in a person. Our vials are research compounds for laboratory use only.

Compounding is when a pharmacy prepares a medicine itself rather than dispensing the manufacturer’s finished product. A compounded GLP-1 is therefore not Ozempic®, Wegovy®, Mounjaro® or Zepbound®, even when it contains the same named molecule. Its quality depends on where the active ingredient came from and on the pharmacy that made it up.
Because the word sounds clinical, it is also borrowed by sellers who are not pharmacies at all. "Compounded" on a social-media listing is not a quality claim. The useful questions are concrete: who made it, from what source material, and is there an independent analytical report for that batch — identity and purity, from a named laboratory, that you can see before paying.
We are neither a compounding pharmacy nor a seller of compounded preparations. We supply research-grade compounds — tirzepatide, retatrutide and eloralintide — as lyophilised vials for laboratory research, each with Janoshik HPLC purity documentation. That is the standard of documentation worth asking any supplier for.

Questions
Is compounded semaglutide the same as Ozempic®?
No. Ozempic® is the manufacturer’s finished, registered medicine. A compounded preparation is made up separately by a pharmacy, and its quality depends on that pharmacy and its source material.
Do you sell compounded tirzepatide?
No. We do not compound and do not sell any preparation for use in a person. We supply research-grade tirzepatide as a lyophilised vial for laboratory research only.
What should I ask a supplier for?
An independent analytical report for the specific batch — identity and purity, from a named laboratory — before you pay. We publish ours, and send any not yet listed on request.
