A synthetic GHRH analog studied for stimulating sustained, endogenous growth-hormone release, often paired with a GHRP.
CJC-1295 is a synthetic analog of growth-hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH). Like other GHRH analogs it acts at the pituitary to prompt release of the body’s own growth hormone, rather than supplying hormone from outside.
It is best known in research for being modified to resist rapid enzymatic breakdown, extending how long it stays active compared with native GHRH. Because it works through the GHRH receptor, it is frequently studied together with a GHRP such as Ipamorelin, which reaches GH release by the complementary ghrelin-receptor pathway.
