Tesamorelin

A stabilised GHRH analog studied for stimulating endogenous growth-hormone release, notably in visceral-fat research.
Tesamorelin is a synthetic analog of growth-hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH). By mimicking GHRH at the pituitary it stimulates the release of the body’s own growth hormone, rather than supplying growth hormone directly.
Much of its research literature concerns visceral (deep abdominal) adipose tissue and metabolic parameters, and it is frequently discussed alongside secretagogues such as Ipamorelin, which reach GH release by a different receptor pathway.
