Research Overview
Ac-EEMQRRAD-NH2 (acetyl octapeptide-3)
SNAP-8 (acetyl octapeptide-3) is an octapeptide extension of argireline (acetyl hexapeptide-3).
SNAP-8 (Ac-EEMQRRAD-NH2 (acetyl octapeptide-3)) is a research-grade peptide supplied by Living Water Labs for laboratory investigation. Acetyl octapeptide-3, a SNARE-complex research peptide — 10 mg lyophilised powder per vial.. Each published certificate is an independent Janoshik Analytical report naming the compound and its HPLC purity; certificates not yet published can be requested. The summary below outlines documented mechanisms and study areas reported in the research literature.

SNAP-8 (acetyl octapeptide-3) is an octapeptide extension of argireline (acetyl hexapeptide-3). Both are patterned on the N-terminus of SNAP-25 and designed to compete for a place in the SNARE complex, the machinery that releases neurotransmitter at the neuromuscular junction; reduced vesicle release is the proposed basis of their study as topical expression-line ingredients.
